Can I book at short notice? Yes!
you can book for today if need be. We can confirm your booking by email in minutes
for you to print off and hand in to reception upon on arrival. If you do not have
email simply print off the confirmation page and hand this in as your booking
voucher. If you do not have access to a printer, simply make a note of your
booking reference number and quote it on your arrival at any UK airport.

Where can I find
directions on the web site?
Full directions are given on your booking
confirmation, we will e-mail or post to you following your booking the following
day with directions to the chosen airportor go to this link. AA

Why is a week calculated
as 8 days and two weeks calculated as 15 days? Charges are made from
midnight on a 24 hour basis and the daily charge made by the car park is per whole
or part day, regardless of arrival time. Back

a VAT or credit/debit card receipt? Email us at bookings@abcmail.co.uk
or call us on 0870 8444020 with your booking reference and we will send

why is there a credit surcharge? Companies charge
us a fee when you use your credit card. We are now having to pass this fee on
to the customer but if you use your debit/switch card there is no fee as we get
charged less for any transactions on Switch. Back to
top of page Can i pay by cheque?
Yes. Send in a letter including your Name, Address, Tel No, Dates and details
of product required. (N.B. we cannot guarantee your chosen product would still
be available by the time your cheque has arrived with us ). Back

more than one car at a time? No. Our prices are per vehicle and are
already at a discounted rate. Back to top of page
What does Gate price mean? This is the daily
rate charged by the car park. This can fluctuate and is subject to change. For
price guide select product on the i icon when you click get quote.

do I book disabled parking? Click on the product name or the i

top of page I only require 4 days parking by
the price quotes a minimum of 8. What does this mean? There is a minimum
amount payable for parking. 4 days can be booked and used, but there is a minimum

I have a transit van/people carrier.
Are there any size restrictions for cars? Click on the i icon
on the product when you click get quote and the information is accessible there.

Rail/Coach journeys available for one-way only? No. Prices are based
on return journeys. you can however pay for a return journey. but only use the

Who sends the Rail/Coach tickets?
Once the booking has been confirmed, Rail/ Coach tickets will be despatched by

How do I get to the hotel?
The hotel, address and telephone number will be provided on screen after your
confirmation of the booking. This information will also be provided on the email
and postal confirmation that will be sent to you. Each UK hotel entry has a printable
map to assist in planning your route. Maps for European hotels are not currently
available, but will be added to the site in the near future. back to top of page
What's included in the price? A complete price
breakdown can be obtained by clicking the "confirm cost" button after checking
availability of your chosen hotel. All prices include service and VAT.

Can you arrange wedding receptions? Unfortunately
no, these must be organised and arranged with the hotel directly. back
to top of page What if I need to change my reservation?
An administration charge of £15.00 will be made each time the booking is
amended, unless the value of the booking increases. A 100% charge will be made
for amendments made on the day of travel. Theatre inclusive bookings incur 100%
charges from the confirmation of the booking. back to top of page
What if I need special facilities during my stay?
If you have any special needs please contact our helpdesk on +44 (0) 1904 620033
or email admin@superbreak.com before making a booking. The helpdesk will then
make the booking for you and pass on any special requirements to the hotel for
the likes of; wheelchair accessible rooms, non-feather bedding and special dietary
